What can we do find routine that works for you as for me have postcards left to do min art as I cant go to art class also mix of audio dramas and music also podcast shows help feel someone with you at home a feel good film a day in evening also have learning skills and puzzle books to keep mind busy later choice a favourite show play episode a day with nice treat to eat also odd jobs usually do at home .
